What's new

• Fixed: an offline seat's preview tile no longer keeps showing the previous occupant's preview after a swap.
• Added: previews stay on top of EVE while another app has focus (setting PreviewsAlwaysOnTop, on by default).
• Changed: preview thumbnails are re-applied when focus returns to an EVE client.
• Added: the log records preview surface state changes.

The installer adds a Start Menu shortcut and uninstaller and doesn't need admin rights; the zip is portable — extract and run EveDeck.exe. Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt on first launch — click More info → Run anyway. To suppress it permanently: right-click EveDeck.exe → Properties → Unblock → OK.
